Is this the best psychological thriller film ever?

I had my doubts. I doubted a psychological thriller can be effective in the form of anime. When I think of anime, I think of children, teens as the target audience. Cartoons are for kids. Perfect Blue proved that is not true. Anime 

I had my doubts. I doubted a psychological thriller can be effective in the form of anime. When I think of anime, I think of children as the target audience. I know there are mature anime contents out there. I don't know any. The more mature anime media I've consumed is probably Naruto. Even Naruto, that's probably like PG-13. I was blown away by Perfect Blue.
